Easily keep track of your loan and account balances
In Online Banking
When you enroll in Credit Union ONE's Online Banking, you'll get immediate access to updated account balances in one location.
When you log in to Online Banking, you will see the Dashboard, which displays all your accounts by name with the last four digits of the account number and its balance.
To view account details, click on the account and you will be taken to the accounts page for specific account information.
Get in touch with Snapshot
Mobile Banking offers plenty of convenience, including the ability to track your current balances on all your Credit Union ONE accounts. Enroll in Mobile Banking and then opt-in for Snapshot by following these steps:
To activate or inactivate Snapshot, log in to your Mobile Banking session.
Toggle on Use Snapshot.
Click More in the bottom right of screen.
Bank by phone - get your loan balance
Our Telephone Banking system provides helpful information about your loan when you're unable to use Online or Mobile Banking. You'll get real-time updates on your balance and your next due date. A speech option is also available on all menus when you're unable to manually select options on your phone, such as while driving.
Please note, information about first mortgages and credit cards is accessible through Online and Mobile Banking, or by selecting the option for Credit Card/Mortgage Transfers on the main menu of Telephone Banking.
Call Telephone Banking at 800-423-3069.
Select either member number or Social Security number, depending on how you would like to access your accounts.
Select the Loan Information option. If you have multiple loans, select the last four digits of the account you would like to access.
To get balance information for additional loans, select the option to return to the previous menu and select your next account. To get additional information about your loan, such as current interest rate and payoff information, return to the previous menu and select the appropriate option.
Select Option 1 for Balances, Transaction Details, Transfers or Account Access.
Enter your four-digit PIN. If you're accessing the system for the first time, use the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will then be prompted to select a new PIN.
Select the option for Balance and Payment Information. You will be presented with your current loan balance and next payment due information.

You'll get real-time updates on your balance and other account information. A speech option is also available on all menus when you're unable to manually select options on your phone, such as while driving.
Call Telephone Banking at 800-423-3069.
Select either member number or Social Security number, depending on how you would like to access your accounts.
Select the Deposit Information option. If you have multiple deposit accounts, select the last four digits of the account you would like to access.
To get balance information for additional accounts, select the option to return to the previous menu and select your next account. To get additional information about your account, such as recent deposits and cleared checks, return to the previous menu and select the appropriate option.
Select Option 1 for Balances, Transaction Details, Transfers or Account Access.

Select the option for Balance information. You will be presented with your current account balance and recent transactions
