Two Credit Union ONE Members Win Big in the 2024 Velera Give Back Sweepstakes

Credit Union ONE is proud to announce that two of its members were selected as winners in the 2024 Velera Give Back Sweepstakes, each receiving a $5,000 prize! This marks the third time in the past four years that Credit Union ONE members have won.

Every year, members of participating credit unions are automatically entered to win the sweepstakes. To qualify, members must simply use their rewards-based credit card or debit card a minimum of four times per week during the contest period. With only 20 winners selected nationwide, Credit Union ONE members accounted for two of them—making this a notable occurrence.

One of the lucky winners, Jocelyn G., was all smiles during her check presentation at the Credit Union ONE headquarters in Ferndale. She invited her sister along for the occasion, and said they have both been members for more than 20 years. They initially decided to join the credit union because of its convenient branch location inside the hospital where Jocelyn’s sister worked. Although its hospital branches closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Credit Union ONE continues to offer tailored mortgage solutions for medical personnel and other essential workers.

The second winner has chosen to remain anonymous but shares in the excitement of this unexpected financial boost. Credit Union ONE once again congratulates its winners, and thanks each and every member for being part of the Credit Union ONE community!
