Standard underwriting criteria apply.  Term limits, loan amount, and rate are determined based on application and standard underwriting criteria. Rate Reset is a refinance of an existing Credit Union ONE mortgage into a new variable-rate mortgage or fixed-rate mortgage. All existing accounts and loans related to the applicant must be in good standing to qualify, and at the time of refinance under the Rate Reset program the mortgage must still be held by Credit Union ONE. Any mortgage closed and funded by Credit Union ONE between June 1 and December 31, 2024, is eligible, with the exclusion of MaxRefi, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, and government loans. If a loan is considered a MaxRefi, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, or a government loan, it will be disclosed at the time of closing. Credit Union ONE periodically sells mortgages, and if a mortgage is sold the borrower(s) will be notified and the loan will become ineligible for the Rate Reset promotion.
